Terms of Service

Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to us – they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things come up and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide a 48-hour notice. In the event you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running behind please call or email us below.  Note: If your appointment is with Alison or John, you can adjust your booking online through their booking site. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee – per each service cancelled – does apply, and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Our stylists’ cancelation fees vary; please contact your stylist directly.

Retail Purchases

In the event you made a retail purchase that does not fit your needs, we accept retail exchanges at full credit within 30 days of purchase. The item must have at least two-thirds of product remaining to be eligible for return. Note: there are no refunds on products purchased at discount.

Service Re-do’s

We strive to offer guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’ll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services. Changing your mind on a look is not considered an adjustment, along with not achieving a desired result in one service, when it was discussed that it may take a couple services. We do, however, want you to be 100% happy with your hair. If you have any questions on the above, please contact your stylist directly.

Parking

Salon 544  is located near Fred and Betty's Thrift Store  (Higuera Street), and has plenty of free parking in the lot adjacent to the salon. Apartments do share the lot, so please avoid the alphabet spots, which are reserved for tenants.  There is also metered street parking.
